Eco Lodge is a 1920's village house with three apartments, two for guests; Eco Jardin and Eco Loft.
The property is very conveniently placed just a couple of minutes walk from
the Bellevue ski lifts and local amenities such as the boulangerie, restaurants,
ski-bus stop and supermarket. 8-10 minutes by car will bring you to
Chamonix centre where there is a myriad of bars, shops and restaurants for your
enjoyment. All of
the skiing delights of the Chamonix valley plus the satellite resorts such as Courmayeur
are on your door step and included 'MBU Mont Blanc Unlimited' lift pass.
Our excellent concierge will be at your disposal throughout your stay offering
home delivery of skipasses and equipment plus adhoc services such as chauffeured
minibus trips can be easily arranged.
More Information
This 58m2 apartment has been lovingly renovated to a high standard and finished in a modern Alpine style with
hand planed and brushed 'Chablais' wood panelling, oak floors, Heritage colours
and finished with faux fur throws and hand-made blinds and cushions. The bright
red kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and integral washer/tumble
dryer and is open plan through to the living and dining area. The living room is
warm and cosy afforded by the eco-friendly ethanol burner.
There are two good size bedrooms, each of which has a hand-made
wardrobe; one bedroom has an ensuite shower/wc whilst the other has an ensuite small bath and wc
and both bathrooms are beautifully finished with Italian limestone tiles. Both
bedrooms have new hotel standard zip-link divan
beds offering either Superking doubles or comfy standard twin beds.
In the first bedroom we've installed an infra red sauna cabin
and this room also has a large picture window with electric shutter.
Amenities include TV screen for use with DVD, WiFi Internet and CD player. Private parking
for one car available. In the summer there is a small west-facing garden with
deck, BBQ and garden furniture. Please note there is no Satellite TV (but we are
happy to lend out DVD's !)
Summer:
As the apartment is on the ground floor there is a small garden, table and
chairs and charcoal BBQ for guest usage.

WINTER: Self-catered prices include welcome visit, welcome basket, utility bills, bed
linen and towels, ethanol for the burner and basic final clean (except kitchen) The apartment will be made up for your arrival and our resort manager
will personally welcome you and delivery any pre booked items such as skipasses
or equipment.
SUMMER: Self-catered prices include welcome basket, utility bills, bed
linen, towels, tea towels and
bath mats.
The apartment will be made up for your arrival. The summer lets DO NOT include
any element of cleaning thus please leave your apartment clean as found. A
cleaner can be booked for 20 euros per hour needed.
