Eco Lodge is a 1920's village house with two guest apartments, Eco Jardin and Eco Loft.

The property is located just a few minutes walk from the Bellevue ski lifts in the heart of the charming ski station of Les Houches and an 8-10 minute car journey to Chamonix town. This stunning new apartment is an easy walk from the local village amenities including restaurants, a boulangerie, a supermarket and local bus stop.
Our excellent concierge will be at your disposal throughout your stay offering home delivery of skipasses and equipment plus adhoc services such as chauffeured minibus trips can be easily arranged.

More Information

This 58m2 apartment has been recently renovated in the style of a contemporary farmhouse. We've used brushed, hand-planed wood to line the roof apex and have exposed the roof beams. The natural oak floors and Heritage wall paints juxtapose the modern black leather furniture and funky grey kitchen. This has an extended bar which provides the eating area and is open plan to the living and mezzanine.

The apartment is very light and airy. Magnificent mountain scenes are framed through the triangulated windows and super size velux's whilst a private balcony affords views across to the tree lined sides of the valley and the ski runs of Les Houches.

There are two bedrooms each with hotel standard zip link divan beds; one has an ensuite bath/wc and the other a shower and separate wc located just outside the room which can also be used by  guests sleeping on the mezzanine. In both bathrooms we've used stylish Italian limestone tiles.
Faux fur throws and brushed wood panelling make the bedrooms warm and cosy!
The mezzanine has twin beds, a velux window and restricted head height and is a favourite with kids!

Amenities include private balcony, LCD TV screen for use with DVD/CD Ipod friendly and WiFi Internet.
Please note there is no Satellite TV (but we are happy to lend out DVD's !)

Prices

Please make a reservation enquiry for a specific quote on your individual holiday requirements.

Self-catered prices include welcome visit, welcome basket of goodies, utility bills, bed linen and basic final clean (please leave the kitchen tidy and remove your rubbish and bottles!) We include hand towels, tea towels and bath mats. The apartment will be ready for your arrival with beds made up.

If apartment is booked in conjunction with Eco FARM there is a supplement of £50-65 pp to cover the use of the hot tub, bathrobes, towels and apartment cleaning service.
