Our experience of over 21 years has enabled us to perfect the art of delivering a superb chalet holiday. Nothing is too much trouble for our dedicated resort team who provide an excellent level of chalet service, personal chauffeured minibuses every day of your holiday and a resort concierge who will liaise with you before your holiday making sure all your ski pack items are booked and delivered to your chalet!

Start the day with our 'Big Breakfast' - a hearty selection provided by our talented cooks!

A superb selection including fresh yoghurts, jams and local honey, cereals, muesli, fruit, and toast or fresh baguettes. Each day we will offer a cooked dish such as bacon and eggs, mushrooms on toast or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Alternative days we'll include either croissants and pain au chocolat or porridge! Just tell chef.

After ski tea with home-made cakes or biscuits is left for you to enjoy after a hard day on the pistes, help yourself to a hot chocolate or cuppa before settling into the après ski or diving into a soothing bath. Why not pamper yourself, we can book a local masseur to visit the chalet to provide a relaxing treatment.

As a prelude to an excellent 4 course dinner we kick off the evening with a glass of chilled Champagne or perhaps a French inspired Kir; white wine with cassis or crème de Mirabelle. Then enjoy the amuse bouche ; a delicious pre-starter, maybe a crispy Brushetta or chilli prawns, something to excite the palette!

The highlight of the evening is a candle-lit dinner, served by a roaring fire. We serve four-courses of stylish, delicious cuisine see [ food and drink ] with very drinkable wines (mainly Appellation Controle) and include a special cheese presentation! These are legendary. Each evening we select a classic cheese for you to try and divulge some of its history, lore and making process. Dinner ends with Fresh coffee, herbal teas and sumptuous chocolates...

For those with energy to spare it's then off in the minibus for a night out in Chamonix town!

Please note:

• Evening catering is 5 nights out of 7. For weekends, this is a 3 nights out of 4.
• For late arrivals who miss dinner we leave out a simple buffet with wine on your first evening.
• For family bookings we include kids high tea on the 6th night meaning that parents can book a local babysitter and eat out alone on one of the nights. We'll even drop and collect you.
• On the chalet chef's night off we are happy to recommend a local restaurant and drop and collect you so you can enjoy the wine.
• Groups: If you prefer to eat in the chalet on the 6th night the supplement is £18 per adult
