Holiday Convenience
We try to make sure that your self - catered holiday is a pleasant and well organised as possible. Shortly after your arrival our resort staff will meet you at the chalet and show you around your property. Your chalet manager will be on hand to advise and to book any lessons, guides, skipasses, Kindergarten if these haven't been booked in advance, and impart general resort knowledge. Your manager will visit or text you during your holiday to check all is well and can rendez-vous with you at your chalet if you require any other services during your holiday or to help with anything. Each property is equipped with a resort dossier and we leave a small welcome basket plus a bottle of wine as our special welcome!


On your departure we ask you to please clean the chalet KITCHEN and APPLIANCES and strip the beds. That's all! We will do the rest!
Part of our 'added service at no extra cost' includes the free service of pre-booking your snow equipment and ski passes. These are delivered to your chalet on or before your arrival leaving you free to make any minor changes direct with the ski shop. Payment is settled direct in resort with the shop in question when you return equipment on your last day. Skipasses and any lessons or guides can be settled by credit card or cash, in resort.
