Huski have been offering the hotel Eden to discerning guests and visiting the restaurant for many years.
Recently, the British owners have re-furbished the hotel completely added a private wing of apartments, have re-decorated the hotel and have re-launched the restaurant with great critical success! The restaurant is managed by the long standing Maitre'D Phillipe whose exacting standards combine to make the dining experience a well organised and very pleasant experience, not to mention the accomplished Swedish chef Stephan who runs the kitchen turning out excellent dishes, a fusion of France, Scandinavia and British themes! The hotel offers a lovely modern bar area warmed by a very efficient wood burning stove. Relax with a drink and admire the wonderful views. The hotel is elegantly decorated with art works and original photographs from renowned local artists such as Andy Parkin and John Norris. There is a separate day room if you would like a quiet read or a quick glimpse of the TV and downstairs a SAUNA and relaxation room. All staff speak good English and have great local knowledge of the valley. In the summer Golf holidays are offered, the local 18 hole course is just around the corner!
