Catered Chalet Ski Holiday Prices - 09/2010

Catered prices are per person and include:

• Private return group transfers from Geneva in our fully licensed minibuses*
• Every day chauffeured in-resort minibus service till 23:00
• Our luxurious catered service
  Fully cooked breakfast and afternoon tea on 7 days.
  Gourmet evening dinner on 5 nights with canapés and Champagne or aperitifs.
  4 courses with good wines, fresh coffee and chocolates to finish.
  On nights off the chalet minibus is at guests disposal to drop and collect from the restaurant of your choice.
  Children's high tea is offered on 6 nights allowing parents to eat out alone one night should they wish!

• Free delivery of pre-booked equipment with professional fitter for large groups coming to the chalet
• Advance Concierge services, we'll pre- book all you need from lessons to helicopters!

*Small group transfers where we have to send a bus especially or contract another provider are subject to a 20€ supplement pp each way necessary (payable in resort).
Return Transfers apply to Geneva/Chamonix.
For those who would like to self drive please deduct £30 per place.

Groups

Exclusive chalet groups/under occupancy. Please note that to book a chalet exclusively to your group you will need to book for the minimum bed number for that property (12 for La Forge, 9 for Eco Farm and 10 for our other chalets). In addition you will need to pay the single room supplement for any unused standard beds. Please contact us with your group details. If you are a small family and wish to join a mixed chalet we normally accept children over 8 years. However we will try to be flexible as we may have other families staying in which case we can find a happy medium.

Child Discounts when sharing with parents or part of an exclusive group:

• 0 yrs to 2 yrs £150 flat rate. Includes cot, high chair, return transfer seat and in resort bus. Please bring your own child's car seat for children under 15kg
• 2 yrs to and including 11 yrs at time of holiday 50% discount!

To qualify for the child discount children must either share a room with an adult family member or two children share a room based on min same rate as one adult place plus any applicable room supplement.

Single Room Supplement

50% of the weekly rate or a minimum of £35 per bed per night if requested. Party leaders are normally assigned en-suite bedrooms. No supplement is charged for shared twins by different groups.

Bed and breakfast

For some of our last minute specials - a B&B price may be available. Please note adhoc prices do not include airport transfers. B&B only available for Self-Drive guests.

• Catered: £88 pp/pn - includes in-resort minibus service

Airport transfers

Please note for group bookings, we require the group to arrive and depart at the same times in order that we can collect everyone at the once. In the event that some members of your party may have different arrival or departure times we may need to send a bus especially. The supplement is €20 pp each way and you may need to wait till another transfer departs (max waiting time 45 mins).
Please note for all bookings; for groups 3 persons or under the same supplement applies.
We are happy for you to make your own travel arrangements to the chalet if you prefer at a £30 discount per person.

Discounts are not available on peak, early season or short break dates. The Party leader will organise a single payment for any discounted or group bookings to qualify for any discount. Group discounts are only available to groups when all standard beds are booked in the chalet at the full rate. Only one type of discount per booking and not applicable to agency bookings. Normally only one type of discount per person/group but there may be exceptions so please speak to Gaby for a quote!

The following chalets are offered on a self-catered basis. We offer a 'Standard Service', and a further 'Plus Package'  for those guests that would like our mini-bus transport and a chalet cleaning service.

We can offer flexible changeovers. However as a general rule we prefer to changeover our chalets on a Sunday or a Thursday.

• The chalet bills: heating, electricity, and water
• Managers welcome to facilitate ski requirements
• End of stay basic clean. You clean the kitchen, we'll clean the rest!
• Bed linen, tea towels and bathmats (but not bath towels)
• Beds made , the chalet will be ready to go on your arrival
• Free delivery of any pre-booked snow equipment and ski passes to your chalet
• Flexible changeover days where available
• A quantity of logs

• In-resort minibus service 6 days plus 3 evenings till 23:00. This is one 8 seater minibus per chalet.
  Double trips may be necessary or book a two minibus package
• Chalet cleaning maid, 2 hrs on 3 days, and rubbish/bottles removed at the end of your stay
• Shopping service, we'll deliver the first shop to your door, just email us your list
• Bath towels, bath products and bath robes for the hot tub

• Airport transfers
• Breakages deposit (debited from your Credit Card)
• Ski requirements and passes
• Snow clearing during your stay
• Rubbish and bottle removal after your departure

Insurance

Holiday Insurance is offered via MPI Brokers, specialists in the field. Their cover includes off-piste skiing. Please visit their website: www.mpibrokers.com or telephone: 01428 664 265. It is a condition of booking a Huski chalet holiday that you have ski insurance.

In accordance with EEC directives on Package travel Huski have secured financial protection for package holidays by forming a Trust account in the UK.  In addition Huski accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards to facilitate your booking and allow you added holiday security. We do not buy or sell flights and thus do not require an ATOL licence.
