All holidays start at 16:00hrs on arrival day and finish at 10:00hrs on departure day. However in terms of flexibility for departures and arrivals we aim to be as flexible as possible. For Catered holidays rooms are available at the earliest from 14:00 hrs on the first day and YOUR HOLIDAY ends at 10:00 hrs on your final day although later departure times in our catered properties are possible by prior arrangement. We can store your luggage and leave a bath or shower room available to change into after skiing. As a courtesy to our new arrivals we ask that catered guests do not arrive before 10:00hrs on an arrival day and depart NO LATER than 16:00hrs on the departure day and we also ask for a degree of tolerance towards other guests on our busy changeover. Whilst we understand that weekend and short break times are shorter and therefore more precious please do not book flight times later than 19:00hrs (unless you are happy to wait at the airport) for your outgoing flight and note we will need you to depart the chalet by 16:00hrs at the latest.
Self-catering accommodation (thereinafter referred to as SC) is available from 16:00hrs on your first day and ends 10:00hrs on your final day/ or dates as they appear on your Confirmation Details.

It is a condition of booking that all clients have adequate ski insurance. When you agree to our terms and conditions (by completing our booking form or by booking a holiday verbally or in writing, or by email) you are in effect agreeing to insuring that you will be adequately covered for your ski holiday and skiing. This ski insurance should be from a reputable company providing at least the same amount of cover as the insurance advertised on www.huski.com.
We recommend that you contact Micheal Pettifer on www.mpibrokers.com/ + 44 (0) 1428 664265 who offer excellent ski cover including off-piste skiing.
You are advised to obtain an EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) for all members of your party. In some cases any excess may be reduced or even waived completely if you can produce an EHIC. The EHIC is not an alternative to taking out an insurance policy. Carte Neige insurance is available in resort and can be purchased at the time of the lift ticket (Ski Pass) purchase/order but does not provide full cover as does an insurance policy with a reputable company. You must tell us in writing, if you wish us to purchase the Carte Neige insurance when we purchase your lift tickets as this is NOT automatically added to the Ski Pass unless you request this in writing and we have confirmed by email. Health requirements; At the time of writing, there were no specific vaccinations for travelling to France or Switzerland. For up-to-date UK Government Health & Safety advice, please visit www.fco.gov.uk
Any deposits or holiday payments made by you to a travel agent in respect of a booking is held by the agent on our behalf. Any advice or details of a particular holiday given by a Travel Agent which is not based on written communication given by us is the responsibility of the Travel Agent. We do not accept liability if incorrect advice is given in these circumstances.
Clients are asked not to ski on or off-piste with Huski staff as Huski staff are not authorised or qualified to do so. If you ski with a representative of Huski whether on an organised session or not, (for exampleas part of a group with UIAGM guides or qualified instructors) Huski cannot take responsibilities for any injuries however caused. At all times clients must use their own judgements based on their own ability, and skiing is at your/their own risk. Huski accepts no liability should you choose to ignore this request. Huski recommend the hire of a UIAGM mountain guide for any off-piste trips.
In spite of Huski's best efforts, occasionally problems do arise. If you are unhappy about any aspect of Huski's arrangements whilst on holiday, you must address your complaint immediately, in -resort, to Huski prinicpals (Tim or Gaby Newman) and also if applicable to the management of the hotel or other supplier whose services are involved. Huski will use their best efforts to resolve any problems immediately. In addition, if you wish to make a written complaint full details must be sent to our Surrey address, by Recorded Delivery within 14 days of your return to the UK. However, we must have notification in resort of any complaints. Failure to take either of these steps will deny Huski the opportunity to resolve the problem locally or investigate it properly. In consequence, any right to compensation you may have will be extinguished or at the very least, substantially reduced. Huski resort staff are not authorised to promise any compensations or refunds.
All holidays exclude flights. Catered chalet holidays include return group transfers from Geneva airport (with conditions see below). Huski do not accept any responsibility for the errors of these services/parties. Any claims must be made to the appropriate principal. All UK Nationals will require a valid (min 3 months) passport.
Please note that for group bookings we need the whole party to arrive at Geneva airport and depart at the same time. If this is not possible we will need to enlist the help of a local transport agency or send a bus especially and you will be charged at the very least a supplement of € 15 pp each way necessary.
We only guarantee transfers for groups who are 3 or more person. If your flights arrivals/departures do not co-incide with any of our minibus times we or those timings of our partners or scheduled service we reserve the right to charge you for a private transfer at 150 euro per bus each way necessary. As an alternative you are not obliged to use our transfers and we we are happy to offer all holidays at Independent travel with a discount on our Sterling rates of £30 pp overall. Sometimes our airport transfers are contracted to a specialist local agency. Transfers may be shared unless one group books an 8 seater to themselves. Maximum waiting time at the airport for shared groups is 60 mins. The drivers are all English speaking and will usually deliver guests and luggage direct to your door or we'll collect you from the drop-off point! Please note departure times are 3-5hrs prior to your flight departure from your accommodation. For Peak dates the airport and roads can be very busy and we may need to leave 4 or 5 hrs prior to your flight time.
Any booked transfers that are made on customers behalf or at a customers request with any carriers (other than Huski) are subject to full payment (and non-refundable in the case of a new booking) if cancelled, for whatever reason, within 7 days of your dates of travel. Our apologies but this is the system operated by most of the transfer agencies and it is not a Huski policy!
Car Seats (see below for full details); we provide booster seats for children under 1.35m tall but please inform us at the time of booking that you require a booster seat to make sure we have one for you in the minibus. We do not supply car seats for babies or infants. Parents are asked to supply and fit these themselves.
Please note we may need to charge a supplement. This is a MINIMUM of 15 euros pp. It may be more depending on the charges levied to us by the alternate transport operator.
For groups of three persons or under we make a loss to send down a minibus especially for you so there are several solutions; transfers will need to fit in with the timings of other flights and guests and this may necessitate a wait of up to 60mins or if we have to send a bus especially down for you or contract another transfer provider we will be obliged to charge you for a private minibus transfer or at the least, charge a supplement.
1 person € 20 pp each way. 2-3 persons € 15 pp each way. As much as possible we try and combine our transfers with other persons to negate the need for charging extra. Please note you will be advised well in advance of your holiday if this is necessary. We are happy for all guests to make their own arrangements to the resort and discount all holidays by £30 for independent travel! Please don't grumble to our chalet staff if you have over-looked this!!
Please note: If you pay the supplement this does not mean that you have paid for a PRIVATE minibus service. Huski reserves the right to fill the remaining seats ourselves and if we manage to fill the bus with 4-8 passengers this will negate the need to charge the supplement!
Any surcharges imposed by Government levies, tax, fuel increases; Huski will absorb first 2%. If the increase is more than 10% overall you will be entitled to cancel with a full refund less any payments made on your behalf for hotel, deposits, ski lessons etc. Please note that prices listed on our web site forSkipass are based on 0.88 €/£ exchange rate. All skipasses bought in resort by Debit card or included in your holiday will be based on the Thomas Cook Tourist exchange rate at the time of booking.
Sorry but we do not accept Amex for any transactions.

In the event of bad weather, breakdown, illness, accident, Huski cannot guarantee that the resort vehicles will be available to transport guests around the resort. The Chamonix valley has an adequate public bus system. Any client adult or child travelling in a resort vehicle does so at his or her own risk. The term 'minibus' can mean any vehicle; Landrover Discovery or similar. Priority use of the Huski 'minibuses' are given to clients who have flown to Chamonix and are staying in a catered chalet. SC chalets do not include a 'minibus' service unless the Plus package is booked.
We have a limited number of minibuses. Therefore we are unable to offer minibus trips between 10.30-15.30 most days (except changeover days) and during busy times we may need to offer double trips for our catered guests.
Please note that children travelling in our minibuses must use proper car seats or booster seats according to their weight and height. As a general rule children over 1.35m do not require use of car seats (10 years plus) For small children under 15kg, infants and babies we do not supply car seats and ask that parents bring their own with them. For children over 15kg we are happy to supply booster seats. Please do not expect our staff to transport your children without the proper restraint. We retain the right at all times to refuse to carry children under 15kg should proper car seats not be supplied or fitted by the parent.

Huski will accept no responsibility for the actions of its clients and reserves the right to terminate the accommodation arrangements of a client who mis-behaves in such a manner to be detrimental to other clients holiday enjoyment or reputation of Huski. Huski reserves the right to claim back from the client any costs or charges incurred due to damage to a chalet whether accidentally caused or not.
