How to Book

If you have decided you would like further details on a particular chalet or weekend break the best way to proceed is to telephone us on our free-phone number 0800 0971 760. This number divert free of charge to our office in Chamonix. You will be able to speak to us in person. You can also contact us by calling our French mobile on +33 (0) 607949434
We will check availability for you and clarify any discounts and prices.

We check our email constantly. You may request to place a 48hr option on a property which will give you a chance to finalise your groups needs. After 48hrs the option automatically expires but can be extended by phone with us.  Once you have confirmed your holiday we will need your deposit, complete the online booking form, or send us an email.

We usually take deposits by Credit or Switch cards. Deposits are GBP 125 per place for a catered holiday and GBP 100 per place self catering. To pay the deposit you can call us, or fax us your Credit /Debit card details to 0044 (0) 207 504 3776.
Please then complete the booking form, ensuring that we have your full contact details.

Once we have processed the deposit we will send you our confirmation details in due course. On this email are a series of links allowing you to easily download the chalet information you and your travelling companions will need. The holiday balance is due no less than 10 weeks prior to departure (12 weeks for Peak dates). We usually don't send out reminders.
All holiday information is sent to you by email. Thus it is important for us to correspond only with the Party Leader and only to one email address!

If you do not indicate otherwise we utilise the same card details that were used for your deposit to debit the balance when this is due!. Please note charges apply for Credit cards* If you do not wish to pay by Credit Card please note we will need a Debit card or you can send a cheque made payable to Huski Ltd to;

For last minute bookings the holiday balance is due when you make your booking,.

Party leaders; It is vital to note that all holiday payments must be sent on one cheque or be processed on one card to qualify for any discount and that correspondence is made via one email address and with one person.
If your group wishes to pay separately we levy an admin charge of £25 per separate booking.

*All deposits and payments made by Switch, Debit or cheques are not subject to any charges, but if you pay your holiday balance using a credit card we levy a handling fee of 1.6% on your holiday balance. Please note we DO NOT accept Amex cards (American Express or Diners)
