Deposits and payments for individual or group bookings are subject to ONE transaction/payment for the deposit and one transaction for the balance payment.
Deposits and payments made by UK debit cards, Bank Transfers and cheques are not subject to any processing fee's.
Deposits are GBP 150 per place for a catered holiday and GBP 125 per place self catering (or 40% of holiday cost).
To pay the deposit you can call us (freephone or French mobile 0033 607 949434) or fax us your Credit /Debit card details to UK freephone 0800 520 0935.
Deposits and payments paid by Credit card or non UK debit cards are charged a processing fee of 1.6%-3.5% depending on the card used.

Once we have processed your deposit we will send your invoice by email. Once you have logged your booking form with us you will be able to access your booking by submitting your name and travel date and visit our service area where you can book passes, equipment and lessons, and add extra's, at any time. The holiday balance is due no less than 10 weeks prior to departure (12 weeks for Peak dates). We usually don't send out reminders.
All holiday information is sent to you by email. Thus it is important for us to correspond only with the Party Leader and only to one email address!
If you do not indicate otherwise we will utilise the same card details that were used for your deposit to debit the balance when this is due!. Please note charges apply to pay your balance by Credit card and NON UK DEBIT cards. These are a 1.8% processing fee for personal UK Mastercard or Visa and up to 3.5% for all other cards (Ie Mastercard business, Signia, World, Corporate, non EU) Please let us know what type of card you wish to use and we will confirm the processing fee. We do not accept Amex cards.

For last minute bookings the holiday balance is due when you make your booking.
If you would prefer to pay in EUROS please email us to check the amount and we will send you details of our Euro's account in France.
Party leaders; It is vital to note that all holiday payments must be sent on one cheque or be processed on one card to qualify for any discount and that correspondence is made via one email address and with one person.
If individuals wish to pay separately we may levy an admin charge of £25 per booking.
