Chalet Cleaning And Care
For damage to chalets, such as cigarette burns, wine stains, damage to paintwork and broken crockery we make a sensible charge to cover damage incurred out of your breakages/bills deposit. This ensures the chalets remain in a well appointed state, ready for the next group to enjoy.
The 'chalet Deposit' - against breakages/extra cleaning
On arrival we may take your Credit or debit card details and debit or hold £500 to £1000 depending on the property. Same sex parties are subject to a £1000 debit. Please note that any breakages/repairs/extra cleaning will be debited from this amount although these instances are very rare as most departing guests leave their chalets tidy and in order!.
Self-catered chalet Facilities
The chalets we operate have washing machines, tumble dryers, house hair dryer, wood burning stove/fireplace, good kitchen facilities, music systems, TV and video or DVD players, and exterior private parking. Both chalets have hot tubs and sauna's. However, due to the mischievous nature of mechanical objects we are no longer able to guarantee the working order of said objects but will do our best to make sure they are working correctly during your holiday.
Long Term Rentals
Through our local contacts some of the chalets we have on our books can be rented on a longer basis, any duration from a month to a ski season so please contact our office for details.
